Friends of Jonathan Dever (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers recurring automated informational text messages, including SMS and MMS messages, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
These messages may include campaign updates, event invitations, voting reminders, and other related communications (the “Programs”). Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Donations will not be solicited.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for applicable rate information.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. Friends of Jonathan Dever reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, including increasing or decreasing the total number of messages sent. We also reserve the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent.
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Friends of Jonathan Dever, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Cancellation
If you do not wish to continue participating in any Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.
You understand and agree that these are the only reasonable and exclusive methods of opting out. Any other method of opting out, including texting other words or verbally requesting removal, is not considered a valid method.
4. Support
For support, reply HELP to any message you receive or contact us through the website. Please note that requesting support is not a valid method of opting out.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Programs are offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. They may stop working due to changes in product, software, or wireless carrier coverage.
We are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages. Delivery is subject to transmission from your wireless provider and is outside of our control.
6. Text Messaging Opt-In Data
We will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties unless required by law.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information you provide is used only to deliver messages and respond to you when necessary. This may include sharing information with trusted partners, carriers, and vendors involved in message delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer phone numbers or customer data to third parties for profit. However, we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when interacting with our Programs. If we believe information is false or misleading, we reserve the right to restrict access and pursue appropriate action.
8. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply only to the messaging Programs described above and do not affect any other agreements or privacy policies that may apply in other contexts.
